    "La gestión del conocimiento y la investigación universitaria" es el título de la conferencia que ofreció la Dra. Margarita Gaviria Velásquez. docente e investigadora de la Escuela interamericana de Bibliotecología de la Universidad de Antioquia, Medellín, Colombia, durante el Seminario 1nternacional "Gestión del conocimiento: Realidades y Perspectivas", que, organizado por la Sección de Bibliotecología y Ciencia de la información del Departamento de Humanidades de nuestra Universidad, se realizó los días 26 y 27 de septiembre de 2008. Nos complace reproducir el texto de la conferencia que, estamos seguros, será de interés para los profesionales de la información y también para quienes siguen con atención los debates que. sobre la investigación universitaria y su relación con la sociedad del conocimiento, se producen con frecuencia en la actualidad. La universidad debe apostar, según la autora, "por una estructura investigativa que, más allá de formalizar el conocimiento, pueda convertir a éste en un importante instrumento innovador que le abra vías de colaboración y de interacción con otras instancias de la sociedad". En este cometido la gestión del conocimiento es una herramienta que puede contribuir a mejores logros.

    Knowledge management and institutional communication in university teachers at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Centrales Rómulo Gallegos. Venezuela

    The purpose of the study was to unveil the knowledge management and institutional communication of university teachers in times of pan-demic. The study was framed within the qualitative approach using the interpretative phenomenological method. The technique used was the semi-structured interview via online to teachers of the Educational Sciences area of the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Centrales Rómulo Gallegos. Venezuela. The procedure was the organization and transcription of the information, emerging categories that were validated through the triangulation process reflecting the phenomenological reduction where it was found the existence of diffi-culties that prevent the process of knowledge management and institutional communication to be properly implemented, hence the need to enhance the training of human resources, acquisition of technological equipment that enables the reconstruction of the new direction, management of technological means to systematize knowledge that enables the improvement of administrative, academic and research processes. It is concluded that economic and administrative obstacles were found, which require a new organizational culture, continuous training mediated by technologies, systematization, appropriate institutional communication, to manage knowledge in these times of crisis.

    Knowledge sharing in software development: A tertiary study

    Knowledge is the most important resource in the field of software development, the success of which is based on the exchange of knowledge among the team members of the software development project. The aim of this research is to provide a catalogue of literature reviews available to researchers and software developers. For this tertiary study, a systematic mapping study was conducted to identify and analyze existing secondary studies on knowledge sharing in software development. After the search process, 11 secondary studies were selected, most of them of type Systematic Literature Review and published in journals. In terms of topics, we mainly find changes in behavior in knowledge sharing factors, challenges, and solutions. Regarding to research topics, we found that the category of behavior change was the most reported. Finally, most of the research questions were exploratory, descriptive subtype and classification.

    Un análisis bibliométrico sobre ocultar conocimiento y organizaciones de investigación, 2012-2023

    El propósito del presente artículo es analizar la evolución de las investigaciones sobre ocultar conocimiento (knowledge-hiding), por cuanto consideramos que puede tratarse de una situación más común que la esperada de compartir conocimiento (knowledge sharing), para el caso de organizaciones de investigación.El presente artículo analiza la evolución de las investigaciones sobre ocultar conocimiento (knowledge-hiding), debido a que consideramos que, puede ser más común que lo considerado en el estándar social de compartir conocimiento (knowledge sharing) en organizaciones de investigación. En el estudio se identificó que las investigaciones han ido migrando desde Canadá, Holanda y Noruega (2012-2013) hacia países asiáticos como China, India y Pakistán en los últimos años (2018-2022). Esta evolución del entendimiento sobre ocultar conocimiento incluye: el concepto de “Gestión del conocimiento” (2018); la relación con “compartir conocimiento” (2019); el análisis de los factores dentro del constructo ocultar conocimiento como: “emotional exhaustion”, “organization identification”, “distrust in supervisor” (2020); “relational climate”, “competive working environment”, “working place bulling”, “awareness” (2021); y “evasive knowledge hiding”, “creativity”, “diversity” (2022) entre los más comunes términos usados para la investigación de porqué se oculta el conocimiento en las organizaciones.
