Item type:Publication, A literature review about professional learning communities(Universidad Austral de Chile, 2024-01-01)The objective of this article is to analyze the scientific production related to professional learning communities (CPA) from 2016 until 2021, from the review and analysis of research. Regarding the methodology, the study responds to the qualitative approach and the literature review method of 61 articles was used. These were analyzed from two categories: Aspects related to the concept of CPA; and Particular features of the CPAs. In this way, the analysis and discussion of results made it possible to specify quantitative elements regarding the articles such as the predominant research method and techniques, main informants, and most cited authors. It is concluded that three perspectives can be established in relation to the concept: Structural; Activity performed; and Objective to be achieved. Finally, in relation to the particular features, five general components can be specified: Guiding vision; Leadership; Practice; Learning; and Support aspects. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Moda, reificación y utopía: zapatillas de lujo y la estética worn out(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, 2023-02-17)This article analyses some examples of what is usually known as "designer" sneakers ins cribed in the so called worn out aesthetic trend. lt describes practices and discourses of the fashion industry, and the luxury and sumptuousness with which it is usually associa ted. lt identifies the cultural framework and the fashion market as references of identities and ideals of the present time. Based on the critical and cultural theory of authors such as Fredric Jameson and Slavoj ZiZek, it reviews some ideas centered on conceptions of the past, the construction of identity and the creation of social ties. From this perspective, it is questioned whether the meaning of the aesthetic is depoliticized or if it is rather what is called an ideological production. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Inteligencia artificial y redes neuronales(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, 2023-12-29)Describes concepts related to artificial intelligence that allow establishing solid criteria on issues related to art and design development. Artificial intelligence has become more than just a simple tool and is evolving at great speed, which makes it difficult for users to adopt it. However, this does not prevent it from establishing itself in our society, although the rules to avoid its abuse have not been defined. Understanding this technology will allow, from the perspective of the artist or designer, to take appropriate measures either as a user, educator or, in the best case, to influence legislation.
