Development of a security system based on facial recognition oriented to the management and diversion of criminal attacks
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-02-01)
Throughout the course of time, crime and citizen insecurity continues to be one of the most harmful problems with great impacts on society, for this reason the present research work is based on the development of a security system oriented to the management and diversion of criminal attacks in Peruvian society, this being possible thanks to the help of one of the best technologies today, which is facial recognition. Likewise, together with this technology, the eXtreme Programming methodology was implemented, which, thanks to its development phases, provided different advantages for the development of this software. Consequently, it was possible to obtain positive results such as processes, innovations and viable tests for the implementation of this software in different entities of the society. The survey carried out on 17 businesses in 4 districts of northern Lima showed a 93% satisfaction rate. Finally, this research work fulfilled the needs reflected in the requirements set out at the beginning of the project, developing a viable security system. Implementation of a mobile application as a tool for recognition and interpretation of nonverbal language to improve communication with deaf-mute people
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-04-01)
In the present study, it was observed that a certain percentage of people with hearing and sound disabilities are not understood, as some non-disabled people do not know or master sign language, resulting in a lack of communication with deaf-mute people. Although it is true that nowadays communication and social inclusion is essential, it is for this reason that the mobile application for the recognition and interpretation of non-verbal language was implemented through the agile SCRUM methodology, it allows a better flexibility in developing the requirements established by the users, in addition, it adapts to the different changes in the development process of the mobile application based on the needs of the users. For the development of the application, a survey was made to citizens of a community, which helped to determine the contents of the mobile application, in which the information module is responsible for detailing information related to hand language and its application, on the other hand, there are the manual translation and consultation modules, which have the functions of translating hand movements, either by means of a camera or a keyboard, among others. As a result, several modules of the mobile application were developed and optimized to meet the needs of the surveyed users. The implementation of the mobile application provided communication and social inclusion facilities, since it allowed a better interaction between people without disabilities and deaf-mute people, generating knowledge about the meaning and execution of hand language. Mobile application to reduce illiteracy in rural areas of Peru
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-02-01)
Illiteracy is one of the main problems that Peru faces in education, it is known that the highest percentage of illiteracy occurs in rural areas of our Country. That is why the research work is focused on children and adults who cannot read or write. Therefore, a mobile application prototype was designed to reduce illiteracy in Peru where they can learn to read and write with the activities provided in the application. A hybrid methodology was used, which is the union of Design Thinking and soft systems and the Moqups tool, since they were the most appropriate to develop this work. In this way, the result was the design of a mobile application that will make children and adults who do not know how to read or write to learn with the appropriate educational methods, such as the alphabetical method and the syllabic method, which will make their learning easy. and simple. Likewise, you can take advantage of the use of technology to improve and strengthen education, since educational technology is a didactic and innovative tool that can be implemented in educational classrooms. Mobile application on stopping the contagion of COVID-19 to reduce congestion in hospitals
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-02-01)
In 2020 the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Peru, the number of infected people was confirmed to be 1,001,227 people in the country, there was congestion in hospitals and only COVID-19 cases were attended, canceling patients' appointments. It was proposed the realization of the prototypes of the mobile application to reduce congestion in hospitals where the user registers his symptoms. The scrum methodology was used since it benefits in the realization of work that requires little time. As a result, 20 people from different districts were surveyed about the operation of the mobile application and prototypes were made about the operation of the application that will obtain the user's personal data, the answer to the questions that will be administered by the hospitals, and the results will be sent by e-mail or text message. Keywords—mobile application, congestion in hospitals, COVID-19.

Implementation of machine learning in health management to improve the process of medical appointmentsin Perú
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-02-01)
The Peruvian health system has presented various deficiencies, one in particular is the difficulty and time for a user to schedule a medical appointment, in various health centers nationwide it is a problem for many citizens to easily access the health service. This research proposes developing a mobile app that allows automating this process by streamlining the procedures that lead to good health management to optimize both financial and human resources for better performance, quality and user experience that is insured at the service of ESSALUD. The results show that digital transformation and modernization with the support of technology significantly improve health management and therefore the medical appointment process, as well as other aspects that reduce the time of care and guarantee a reduction in the administrative work of the personnel of health allowing them to spend more time in patient care.
