Perspective chapter: optimal analysis for the correlation between vibration and temperature through an intelligent sensor/transducer based in amorphous nanostructures to measure vibrating surfaces temperature
    (IntechOpen, 2022-12-02)
The vibration is an oscillatory movement caused by a propagation of waves through fluids or solids, and this consequence is achieved in many mechanic systems by the energy transmission between the movement source with the machine that needs the transmission movement, such as the vibration produced by a combustion engine, by a compressor system and by a result of movement transmission over rotor systems. However, if it is not a controlled mechanism to moderate the produced decibels, the main system that is affected by the vibration can reduce its performance; moreover, it can increase the surface temperature of the vibrating source and systems around. In spite of this, when it uses contact sensors to measure the vibration and temperature over the surface vibrating system, the measured data are under disturbance caused by the vibration source. Therefore, in this research is proposed an intelligent sensor/transducer based in amorphous nanostructures owing to measure the vibration of the surface through infrared (IR) emitter/receiver and the absorbance of the receiver sample has a quite range of work and robustness under disturbance of vibrating signals. This proposed sensor also has the possibility to charge energy by itself because of sun/warmth energy conversion.

Optimal analysis of the cleaning process by ultrasonic system of vicuña wool
    (South Florida Publishing LLC, 2022-02-11)
This article has presented the techniques and strategies that were used to achieve the cleaning of vicuña wool by optimal analysis of ultrasonic systems. Usually, artisanal workers do it manually with some chemical components. However, they do not achieve a professional cleaning and damage the wool. Moreover with an increase in electricity consumption due to the fact that the washing is carried out on average at temperatures close to 50°C. This was the case of this article to solve the problem through an optimal analysis that is suggested to be used in the designed washing machine that uses ultrasound. By a system identification suitable for the elaborated washing machine, the frequency necessary for the optimal cleaning is adjusted as the consequence of the polynomial analysis that was made offline. Finally, in this article the cleaning the vicuña wool is verified by a microscopic scale analysis, owing to the tests are presented photographically and they were compared through the three-dimensional reconstruction technique that was used to improve the results, which validate the cleaning of the vicuña wool.

Mechanical design of a cleaning machine for vicuña fiber of 5 kg/h
    (South Florida Publishing LLC, 2022-02-11)
The vicuña is considered a national heritage of Peru and has the finest animal fiber in the world (12 μm of diameter). According to FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), Peru is the first producer of vicuña fiber in the world (68.1 %) followed by Bolivia, Argentina, Chile and Ecuador (Mincetur,2010). The washing process consists of immersing the fiber into an aqueous medium formed by hot water (40-60°C) and detergents that, through gentle mechanical movements, eliminates the fiber impurities (grease, suintin, dust, dirt, etc.). In Peru thousands of peasant communities in charge of the exploitation of this product, commercialize the untreated fiber, without removing impurities In this work, a small washing equipment has been designed, according to the production capacity of Peruvian peasants who take care of vicuñas. This washing equipment allows the cleaning of the fiber through the feeding, dragging, dipping and squeezing processes, fulfilling the washing standards IWTO-19-981. The use of this equipment will allow obtaining a cleaner fiber without any type of felting, a saving 20 % of water and a yield of 90% compared to traditional manual washing.

Optimization for vibration analysis in rotating machines
(European Association for the Development of Renewable Energy, Environment and Power Quality (EA4EPQ), 2022-09-01)
A not stable mechanical movement transmission between systems produces equilibrium losses, such as a rotor of motors that are coupled in rotating machines. This can be studied as a disturbance “vibration” either as characteristic of the movement transmission due to controlled displacement over rotors, which transmits the movement. Therefore, in this research is presented an analysis for an optimal control of the rotor axis displacement that includes “vibration” as the part of the movement transmission. It implies mathematical modelling and specific sensors selections to correlate the vibration in this control task. Furthermore, in order to verify the proposed analysis, it was simulated and tested in a hybrid magnetic bearing system.

Optimal plant growth through thermo mechatronic analysis
(International Institute of Informatics and Cybernetics, 2022-08-01)
This work is described as a proposal to apply modern control techniques and automation tools for optimal plant growth, also it was based on key agricultural strategies that were developed by ancient civilizations such as the Inca Empire. Many of them ancient techniques including the Inca engineering of andenes were forgotten or set aside through time. In this research, however, some of these key techniques are revisited to analyze and evaluate optimal plant growth using sensors and actuators that were not available in ancient civilizations. In addition, predictive and adaptive mathematical models are used for plant growth analysis of thermodynamic parameters such as temperature, humidity and potential of Hydrogen (pH). Furthermore, there were compared performances of sensors (electromechanical sensors) with designed sensors that were based in nanostructures, because of better study of the plant growth techniques.

Intelligent and optimal system for monitoring environmental variables and solar luminosity, with solar path tracker and telemetry
    (Elsevier BV, 2024-08-10)
In this proposed research are analyzed general solutions and techniques to optimize the solar luminosity measurement by a designed smart system, as well as its usability by the solar energy conversion and its storing. However, many times, this kind of systems have not an optimal solar path tracker and as a consequence it can not be measured the full solar luminosity during all the day, therefore, in this work are designed optimal mathematical models and algorithms to enhance the solar path tracker according to measure solar luminosity and getting optimal solar energy conversion/storing, which is useful to study geographical conditions before to build solar energy conversion centers. As well as, in this research also is studied and suggested some techniques to get wireless data communication regarding the measured environmental variables, measured solar luminosity and stored electrical energy as a consequence of the solar energy conversion, which can be transmitted, so far away, to a central monitoring center by Radio Frequency (RF) waves.

    (Universidad Nacional de Colombia::will be referenced::ROR-ID, 2024-03-14)
This article mainly analyzes the correlation between the carrier energy in robotic arms, according to enhance its performance. This task is achieved because of the sensors/actuators based on nanostructures properties: short response time and high robustness, which proportionated the possibility to execute intricate instructions by the control subsystem of the robotic arm. Therefore, the instructions executed by the controller are supported by a polynomial design, this algorithm helped to evaluate every response signal as a consequence of the main control system, which was consequently by the short response time from the main sensors “flow (carrier energy) and speed of the robotic arm”, moreover, the advantage of the proposed system is given by the extra time obtained also to verify the stability of the robotic arm based in Lyapunov models correlated with Lagrange, as well as every equations were solved and organized by neural network.
