    Rural tourism as a dynamizing agent of the local economic development of Huacar in Huanuco, Perú

    Rural tourism is an alternative within conventional tourism that, through an appropriate organization, allows them to take advantage of the environment and specifically the tourist resources they have and their popular culture as a central part of their tourism offer. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of rural tourism as a dynamic agent of the local economic development of Huacar in Huanuco, promoting the generation of greater dynamics and diversity of its productive activities. The survey was applied to the inhabitants of the area with a sample of 196, obtaining in the results that there is direct influence of rural tourism as an agent that boosts the economic development of the families of the district of Huacar, generating positive impacts, although of little consideration in favor of residents, improving their income, employment, housing conditions ..

    ICTs within the framework of the orange economy to potentialize innovation of mypes in the tourism sector in Huánuco, Perú

    In the current scenario of a Covid 19 pandemic, the tourism sector has beenaffected by the closure of borders and travel restrictions imposed aroundthe world. The study seeks to analyze the impact of the application of ICTswithin the framework of the orange economy, to potentiate the innovationof MSEs in the tourism sector in the Huanuco region. This research is of abasic type, descriptive level, non-experimental design, transectional, with asample of 20 Mypes from the tourism sector. The results show that 90% ofthe Mypes have experienced an economic impact as a result of thepandemic, they have suffered drops in their sales, 55% had limitations tosupply themselves and 40% had problems opening. As of August, 85% ofcompanies have resumed their operations, 90% being reactivated throughthe use of technologies. It is concluded that the digital transformation intourism becomes relevant in these times and becomes a strategic processwhere the company takes advantage of competitive advantages throughtechnological tools, playing an important role in turning this crisis into anew development opportunity. generating an awakening of the orangeeconomy.
