Item type:Publication, El aprendizaje organizacional en un Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico del Callao(Universidad de Los Andes, 2020-08-01)The topic of this study is framed in learning organizations. The goal of this research is to analyze the perceptions of educational managers about organizational learning at a higher technological education institute in Callao. The applied method is a single case study. We worked with two categories: the first one, the generation of organizational learning, and the second one, the sustainability of organizational learning. The gathering of information was conducted through semi-structured interviews conducted with each of the educational managers of the institution. The analysis of the findings concluded that, in this educational organization, the generation of organizational learning begins with individuals’ knowledge and experiences, which are integrated as collective learning through teamwork; this process of integration demands the presence of a leader, who emerges naturally and contributes to maintaining the motivation and cohesion of the team towards the challenge of achieving shared goals, by generating new knowledge for the organization. For the sustainability of this new knowledge, the members of the educational institution draw upon the documentation of organizational learning, training and permanent self-assessment. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Situación de las organizaciones educativas escolares en pandemia: tres aspectos clave(Catholic University of Cordoba, 2024-04-26)Educational organizations were affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic, and, as a result, many of them had to develop strategies and practices in order to continue providing educational services. In light of this, the present study aimed to understand the situation of educational organizations during the pandemic, focusing on the following educational phenomena: organizational resilience, educational improvement, and distributed leadership. To do this, the research was approached through the narrative review method, for which a total of sixty-two sources were examined, from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022. The study concludes that there is evidence of an increase in resilient capacities as well as the exercise of distributed leadership. Additionally, it was concluded that educational improvement facilitated the enhancement of actions related to teaching and learning processes during the pandemic.
