Implementation of an FM radio station to facilitate remote education in the district of Cojata
    (Seventh Sense Research Group, 2021-10-01)
INEI affirms that in 2020 6.7% of the student population of Regular Basic Education (RBE) belonging to rural areas did not access any type of distance education implemented by the Ministerio de Educación (MINEDU) due to social isolation by the National Emergency by the COVID-19. That is why the research work is proposed, which consists of providing coverage with a radio signal in modulated frequency (FM) to the towns that belong to the district of Cojata-Puno and other beneficiaries, to retransmit information related to virtual education denominated "Aprendo en Casa"that is transmitted by web, radio, and television in national channels. In this project, the satellite signal of National Radio of Peru will be used to broadcast the audio programs through the modulated frequency signal, for which studies were first carried out to raise the profile of the project, which consists in obtaining the geographical coordinates and the elevation profile to determine the free space for the propagation of the radio frequency signal and to verify the broad coverage of the signal in the strategic areas, for the location of the places, the different simulations with the support of radio Mobile software, Google Earth and MMANA-GAL, obtaining favorable line-of-sight results with 100% of the first Fresnel zone cleared with respect to the Kantati Ururi community with a reception level of -49.7 dBm which means a high hearing level at the receiver. It is concluded that it is possible to provide a radio signal using FM.

Carbonic anhydrase as biomarker for cancer diagnosis
    (Seventh Sense Research Group, 2021-04-01)
Carbonic Anhydrase (CA) is an enzyme that is integrated into the cell membrane that stimulates the reversible hydration of CO2 producing bicarbonate and hydrogen ions, and its study has gained relevance in the last years because it is related to several types of cancer such as; lung, kidney, colon, uterus, and stomach cancer (4, 5, 6,7,8). Therefore, different studies report carbonic anhydrase as an excellent biomarker for the early detection of lung cancer. Over the last few years, it is being used as a biomarker for the detection of lung cancer, as mentioned by Lin et al. (48), in their work, where they report a direct relationship between the overexpression of carbonic anhydrase and lung cancer. The present study assesses different methods where techniques are used to evaluate it by means of an electrochemical biosensor. These techniques will enable us to continue with the analysis of the characteristics that allow the recognition of carbon anhydrase in a range of 1.08-1.32mM with an acceptable sensitivity with a response time of 1s, demonstrating a promising technology for the application of lung cancer detection.

Prototype of a monitoring and prevention system for people vulnerable to cardiac arrest and COVID-19 using IoT and SAP cloud platform
    (Seventh Sense Research Group, 2021-06-01)
In the present work of investigation due to the worldwide conjuncture is being based on a system of monitoring and prevention for people vulnerable to cardiac arrests and covid -19 by means of the implementation of Arduino plates linked with an oximeter to measure the oxygenation in the blood that will help to monitor and to prevent cases of mortality in Peru. For the development of the project, we used the Scrum methodology and helped to develop an orderly manner and with daily communication and the advantages that this methodology provides are that it is incremental and iterative so that we can update, add or remove certain sprints that may not be useful. On the other hand, for the development of the prototype, we used builme, a tool for design with a code generator that is exclusively from SCP, where the interfaces are included as real-time information to monitor patients either from anywhere in the world to prevent early death.

Water level monitoring and control system in elevated tanks to prevent water leaks
    (Science and Information Organization, 2021-01-01)
The shortage of water is recurrent in Lima, Perú and in the world, either due to natural disasters, deficiency in pipes due to age, or breakages by external agents such as heavy trucks, heavy machinery, etc., which damage to the underground pipes causing flooding and, shortages in the affected area or zone. As a possible solution, many inhabitants have elevated tanks, but they do not have an automatic control, nor view the water level in the tank, nor recognize possible water leaks if they occur, such leaks are economic detriment to the user. The objective research work wants to avoid shortages in the short period, controlling and monitoring of water for use at home or industry. For the implementation of this project, the technology of the Arduino Uno board, a 16×2 LCD screen, an ultrasonic sensor, and a mini pump will be used, which will be fed with a DC voltage, it is intended to have manual control every time, otherwise the work will be fully automatic. The results obtained were as expected, always displaying on the LCD screen, as at the beginning of the process with the tank empty and its corresponding alarm on a led diode, the percentage of water that gradually rises until the end of the process with the full tank message and its corresponding alarm on another led diode. The implementation of this project is economical, which is why it is very viable for many households and companies that can choose this alternative.

Study and analysis for the choice of optical fiber in the implementation of high-capacity backbones in data transmission
    (Science and Information Organization, 2021-01-01)
Fiber optic implementation projects for backbones today have become a necessity, where in many cases failures due to cable stress breaks have been reported. Due to this, it is necessary to carry out a study and analysis of the zone and area prior to implementation. In this research work, through a method based on theory and analysis, the geographical and climatological conditions where the optical fiber will be installed in the Lima region, Peru, will be evaluated, as well as the study of mechanical loads and electric fields associated with the installation of fiber optics on existing electrical network lines will also be carried out. The results of this study showed that for regional backbone projects in the city of Lima, Peru, the use of the type of optical fiber should be considered under the recommendation of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) -T G.652.D All -Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS). The studies and results obtained in this research may also help the various companies in the sector, in future implementations of high-capacity fiber optic backbones in data transmission, to make the best decision on the type of cable and its recommended characteristics for the region.

Prototype of drowsiness detection for drivers using facial recognition
    (Seventh Sense Research Group, 2021-05-01)
In this study it was observed that many drivers have had difficulties in resting their full hours at least 8 hours, which is recommended for this reason a prototype of mobile application was proposed to help drivers who present these problems through information processes. The methodology that will help how to develop this application will be the Scrum methodology because it is adaptable according to the profile that is being required and easy to adapt to the constant changes that will arise in the process of its development, given the large number of accidents, which arise daily requires an absolutely fast delivery with the necessary resources that the application requires, with the efficiency in the response time to an eventuality, because in the long stretches, fatigue and sleepiness are caused by traffic accidents on the roads of Peru, Acute sleep deprivation, night driving habits, prolonged hours without the required rest, alcohol consumption, untreated sleep disorders, these are the symptoms that drivers often have, of course is progressively decreasing their ability to attention and concentration while driving, making you lose the ability to respond to specific conditions that require immediate reactions when going on the road, blinking or drowsiness when driving expresses a high level of fatigue and sleep. The accidents produced by the circumstances described above have a high degree of accident rate in terms of passengers killed, injured and material losses. And so it will be of great result and benefit to maximize the increase in vehicle safety and to be able to implement it in different vehicles.

How to analyze air quality during the COVID-19 pandemic? An answer using Grey systems
    (Science and Information Organization, 2021-01-01)
The Peruvian government declared a State of National Emergency due to the spread of COVID-19 where the closure of businesses, companies and home isolation was imposed from 03/15/2020 to 06/30/2020. In this context, the research focused on analyzing the characteristics of the air quality in Lima during said period compared to its similar in 2018 and 2019, for this purpose, data from two air quality monitoring stations in PM2.5, PM10, CO and NO2 concentrations and the quality levels given by the Air Quality Index (INCA) were used for further processing with the Grey Clustering method, which is based on grey systems. The results showed that during the quarantine, air quality improved significantly, specifically the northern area of Lima, which was favored by the meteorological conditions that will be classified as good quality as well as the reduction of PM10 by 46% and PM2.5 in 45% to a lesser extent, NO2 by 17% and CO in 11%, unlike the southern zone which, although it showed an improvement, it is still classified as moderate quality with reductions in PM10 by 26%, PM2.5 by 27%, CO by 19%,; however the concentration NO2 registered a non-significant increase of 2%. This behaviour is explained by the lower height of the thermal inversion layer, therefore less space for the dispersion of pollutants. Finally, the study obtains essential information for regulatory agencies as it allows understanding the relationship between air quality and control measures at emission sources for the development of public policies on public health and the environment.

Soil quality assessment from areas of great mining interest using the grey clustering method
    (IJETAE Publication House, 2022-11-01)
Mining is one of the most important activities in Peru, although controversial because it is currently highly criticized for generating environmental liabilities that mostly contain a high content of metals which contaminate the different environmental components such as water., soil, air, biodiversity and social among others, for the study and analysis of the soil in a specific area we will use the grey clustering methodology, which determines, based on the grey systems and it should be noted that for this analysis it was also used as a reference the parameters defined by the Kelley Directives, a clustering coefficient through various calculations and with these define the level of soil contamination in 5 sectors located in the communities of Michiquillay and La Encañada. With the calculated grey clustering coefficients, it was determined that, of the five sectors, only the Michiquillay sector presents a slight level of contamination, and the other sectors are in uncontaminated soils, at least for the parameters that were selected. Mining activity, the authorities in charge of measuring the environmental impact in the sector, can proceed to investigate and infract if the permitted limits are exceeded and these have not been correctly remedied. The results of this study could be an important contribution for the analysis of soil contamination and the impact on the same of future mining projects that are developed in Michiquillay and La Encañada communities studied, how much the natural conditions of the soils have changed after the operation of the mine.
